W11 Трехроликовый прокатный станок

Трехвалковый прокатный станок непрерывно сгибает металлические листы с помощью верхнего валка, создающего давление вниз, и двух нижних валков, служащих опорой.

Ее основная функция заключается в прокатке листового металла в цилиндрическую, изогнутую или коническую форму. Подходит для труб, резервуаров и других применений, требует поворота для предварительной гибки концов (симметричная трехроликовая прокатка). Асимметричная трехроликовая прокатка устраняет необходимость в предварительной гибке, но менее эффективна, чем четырехроликовая прокатка.
